Rivers Rum Distillery
Take a tour of the local rum distillery, at River Antoine. Here the same Victorian water wheel is still used to power the cane crusher, made in Derby, England, and has been functional since 1884. This is the only fully operational water mill left in the southern Caribbean. Log fires are still used to boil the cane juice in the distillation process.
