Children’s Privacy
D20 Scuba is committed to keeping the details of children private under the US, 1998, C.O.P.P.A Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Although D20 Scuba is based in Grenada parts of the site are hosted on UK and US servers.
Under the 1998 C.O.P.P.A Act, web sites are not permitted to collect private information from children under the age of 13 without written permission from the child’s parents or guardians.
If you are under the age of 13 or you have a child under this age who wishes to use areas of the site that require some level or personal information be given then please send written permission first.
Parents or guardians that find that their children have given private information in accessing any parts of the D20 Scuba website can request that this information be destroyed by emailing privacy@devotion2ocean.com.
General Privacy
Unless otherwise stated, all information collected by D20 Scuba, either through the individual filling in forms on the site or in emails sent to D20 Scuba will not be passed onto third parties, unless for legal reasons.
Guestbook
By its very nature the Guestbook is open to the public, any information given will be viewable to the general public.
D20 Scuba does make every effort to keep details such as email addresses private, but if you do select to have your email address shown it will be viewable by the general public.

Viewing pages on this site will not cause private information about you to be recorded. This site does not use "cookies" to track where you go or what you do. D20 Scuba does maintain statistics, which are collected to provide statistical information about server usage, and to plan for future capacity and to ascertain which parts of the site people use. This information is never provided to third parties.
